After you've saved PhotoEditRocket.html somewhere permanent (Documents or Desktop), use one of these methods.
Right-click PhotoEditRocket.html → Send to → Desktop (create shortcut).
Right-click the new desktop shortcut → Pin to taskbar. Now it sits next to your browser.
If "Pin to taskbar" is missing, right-click → Show more options first.
Right-click the shortcut → Properties → Change Icon… → browse to any .ico file. App icon: photoeditrocket.com/assets/icon-512.png.
That gives you a real Dock icon, no terminal, no aliases. Click the Chrome / Edge tab above.
Right-click PhotoEditRocket.html in Finder → Make Alias. Drag the alias to your Desktop. Double-click to launch.
Drag PhotoEditRocket.html onto the right side of the Dock, next to Downloads / Trash.
macOS doesn't allow plain .html on the apps side of the Dock.
Double-click the file. If it doesn't open in Chrome/Edge/Brave, right-click → Open with.
